Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who interacts with our business, whether online or in person.

Our Services

We provide scrap and junk vehicle purchasing services in Ontario, Canada. Our services include:

  • Free, no-obligation quotes for scrap, junk, or unwanted vehicles
  • Free towing and vehicle pickup throughout Ontario
  • Same-day or next-day pickup, subject to availability
  • Cash or e-transfer payment at the time of pickup

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided — whether online, by phone, or by email — are estimates based on the information you supply. The final offer may be adjusted upon physical inspection of the vehicle if:

  • The vehicle's condition differs materially from what was described
  • Parts or components stated to be present are missing
  • The vehicle has been significantly altered or damaged after the quote was issued

Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. We are not obligated to honor a quote after it has expired.

A quote is not a binding contract. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of pickup after vehicle inspection.

Vehicle Ownership & Title

By agreeing to sell us your vehicle, you confirm that:

  • You are the registered owner of the vehicle, or have legal authority to sell it
  • The vehicle is free of liens, or all lienholders have been notified and have consented to the sale
  • All information provided about the vehicle is accurate and complete
  • You will provide the vehicle's permit (ownership) at the time of pickup

We are not responsible for any legal disputes arising from misrepresentation of ownership. You assume full liability for any false or misleading information provided.

Pickup & Towing

We offer free towing and pickup across Ontario. The following conditions apply:

  • The vehicle must be accessible to a standard tow truck at the agreed pickup location
  • You are responsible for removing all personal belongings from the vehicle prior to pickup
  • We are not liable for any personal items left in the vehicle after it has been collected
  • Pickup times are estimates and may be subject to change due to traffic, weather, or operational factors

If a scheduled pickup cannot proceed due to circumstances on your end (e.g., vehicle has been moved, sold to another party, or access is denied), a cancellation fee may apply to cover transportation costs already incurred.

Payment

Payment is made at the time of vehicle pickup, either in cash or via e-transfer. Payment is conditional on:

  • The vehicle matching the description provided at the time of quoting
  • Receipt of a signed bill of sale and the vehicle's ownership document
  • Confirmation that the vehicle is free of active liens (or written lien release provided)

We do not make advance payments or deposits prior to vehicle collection.

Use of Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the site in any way that violates applicable Canadian federal or Ontario provincial law
  • Transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or its related systems
  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the website

We reserve the right to terminate access to our website for any user who violates these terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your use of, or inability to use, our website or services
  • Any errors or inaccuracies in the content of our website
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or personal information stored therein

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid to you for your vehicle.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of our company and is protected under applicable Canadian intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
